The situation

The board and the executive were pushing for AI, employees were asking for it, and some licences had already been bought before anyone had settled what they were for. There was plenty of interest and no shared view of what was worth doing.

What we did

We gathered more than twenty opportunities from across the business and assessed each one, ranking them on two axes: how hard each would be to implement, and what AI capability each genuinely required. The second axis is the one that separates the ideas that need a model from the ideas that need a rule, a report or a cleaner process. The engagement was advisory.

What they came away with

A ranked roadmap. Leadership used it to decide which opportunities to pursue, how to scope each one, and what their AI policy should say.
