The work

A show-jumping facility runs lessons, open riding, clinics, farrier and vet visits and maintenance across indoor and outdoor arenas, a barn and a wash bay. Riders need to know what is free right now; staff need to change the plan quickly.

The build

A custom application that works like a phone app without an app store: a live board showing what each space is doing now and next, a schedule of one-off and recurring events, announcements, open-riding check-in, and barn guides on etiquette and safety. Riders get in with an access code; staff and admins use their own to manage the schedule.

The result

Clearer scheduling and communication across the facility. Riders, staff and trainers see the same schedule, the same notices and the same barn rules, on whichever device they have with them.
