The situation
Data had sprawled across systems and could not be brought together for custom analysis. What analysis was possible ran on figures that were already out of date.
What we did
We built the integration layer and the analytics capability on top of it, implemented on Posit and connected to inventory, pricing and related sources. Most of the effort went into getting the platform into the client’s environment and standing up the connection to each source — which is where integration work is won or lost.
What they came away with
Current data from inventory, pricing and related sources in one place, and the capability to analyze it as it stands rather than as it stood when someone last exported it.
